Returns

All kaagaz products are unique and handmade to order. Although every effort is made to recreate the item shown on our website, each items is unique and may have slight variations to what is shown on the website. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You can return the product within 30 days from the date you purchased it. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
